How to Use
Start with clean, moisturized skin. For best results, apply a hydrating primer like J.Cat Beauty’s Face Primer and let it fully absorb before foundation.
Use the included sponge for quick touch-ups or fuller coverage. Gently press into the powder and apply using dabbing or sweeping motions.
For buildable, medium-to-full coverage, slightly dampen the sponge before application. This helps the water-lock formula activate and glide onto the skin for a more seamless, radiant finish.
Apply from the center of the face outward, blending as you go. Focus on areas that need more coverage, like around the nose or chin, and build as needed without fear of caking.
Let it set for 1–2 minutes. As it blends with your natural oils, the finely milled powder melts into your skin, leaving behind a hydrated, pore-blurred glow.
Pro tip: Use dry for a soft-matte finish, or wet for maximum payoff and longer wear.
